Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened from the packaging or used. We try to be as descriptive as possible with our products, so you know what to expect and are happy with your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us using our Contact Us form BEFORE you make a purchase.
If there is ever a quality issue with a product, we will be more than happy to make things right.
Products are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase if the product is unopened, unused and unharmed, and returned in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted:
We do not provide a return shipping label.
We will issue a full refund to the card used for payment when the order was placed- minus 10% restocking fee, once we receive the return.
If a refund is issued, you will receive a notification via the email you used to make your purchase. Please remember the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account is beyond our control.
